Design Engineers

D&B is currently seeking Design Engineers in the following capacities:

• Wastewater Design/Construction Management (5-15 years experience);
• Electrical Engineering (2-10 years experience);
• Water Treatment/Distribution (2-10 years experience); and
• Civil/Drainage, Roadways, Stormwater, Site Development (10-15 years experience).

NOTE: Candidates should possess a B.S. in Engineering.

MEP Design Engineer

Design Engineer with 5-15 years experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC design. Experience with municipal projects preferred and should include development of plans and specifications, shop drawing reviews, startup/testing, and periodic field observation. Candidate should have good communication skills and possess a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer with 10-20 years experience with power and control. Experience with Municipal Projects including Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste is preferred. Candidate should possess the ability to complete a project from planning through construction management services. Good communication skills, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a NYS P.E. is required. 

Construction-Related Positions

D&B is seeking candidates for the following Construction-Related Positions:

• Resident Engineers;
• Construction Inspectors;
• Cost Estimators;
• Change Order Writers; and
• Sr. Electrical Field Engineer.

Required experience includes inspection of excavations, dewatering, sheeting, reinforced concrete, pipe installation, and paving. Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, good communication skills, NYCDEP experience a plus.
