Located in Trevose, PA, D&B/Guarino Engineers provides the experience and background of both Guarino Engineers, established in 1980, and Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers (D&B). D&B/Guarino specializes in engineering services for water, wastewater, industrial waste and public works projects. Most notably, D&B/Guarino has extensive experience in the design of wastewater treatment and water pollution control projects including an expertise in operation of wastewater plants during major upgrades.

Our specialized experience includes:

Collection Systems: Wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, force mains, interceptor sewers, laterals, trunk sewers, infiltration and storm water inflow studies, and treatment of storm water from combined sewers.

Wastewater Treatment: Sewage treatment and water pollution control including activated sludge, trickling filter, and rotating biological disc process plants ranging in size from 25,000 to 200,000,000 gallons per day.
