Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers (D&B) has experienced CM teams which are seasoned on numerous environmental projects including civil, water supply, wastewater, solid waste and hazardous waste projects.

Effective construction management is accomplished by the employment of a strong construction manager whose personnel have specific experience in the construction of the facilities needed or in the cleanup required. Experienced managers that understand all of the relationships on the project will put the project on schedule from the outset.

Home office support to the resident inspection team is a key element in bringing a project in on time and within budget. Project scheduling, claims prevention, shop drawing review, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, as built drawings, other submittals, regulatory interface, and start-up and training services are essential components in putting together construction projects. The D&B CM teams are experienced and home office staff have completed a variety of projects.

The multidisciplined in-house D&B design professionals specialize in the planning and construction of swimming pools and appurtenances which constitute a sophisticated municipal swimming pool complex. This group of civil, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineers has broad experience in all phases of swimming pool complex design including: hydraulic analysis of recirculation systems, gutter configurations and surge weirs; water treatment systems including filtration, disinfection and pH control; main pools, diving pools, slide pools and children’s interactive and wading pools. Associated buildings, such as bathhouses, lounge areas, and enclosures to house treatment equipment, chemical storage and feed equipment, and administrative personnel, are included to provide a complete facility.

The group includes resident engineers and certified inspectors with broad experience in the observation of construction and construction management.
