D&B has senior staff with substantial regulatory experience with federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Their permitting experience covers a diversity of waste water, storm water, solid waste and hazardous waste activities and facilities requiring approvals from various agencies. These agencies have included the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Aviation Administration, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York State Department of State and other environmental agencies in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
