Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers (D&B) has provided grant services to its clients for many years. Recently D&B has assisted its clients in obtaining grants and loans for wastewater, water supply, storm water, hazardous waste site remediation, landfill closure, Brownfields and other municipal related projects. D&B officers and staff maintain continuous contact with representatives of state and federal programs which make grants and loans. D&B officers are on key committees of various organizations which monitor new legislation and regulations, as well as having input on development of grant and loan funding programs. As a result of our involvement in monitoring and developing funding opportunities, we are able to advise our clients of potential programs from project outset with the understanding that the ability to maximize outside sources of funding will allow for a project to go forward with as little financial impact on the community as possible. D&B has prepared applications necessary to procure funding once recognized and is unwavering in its quest to secure funding to the maximum extent possible. If grant dollars are unavailable to fund all of the project, financing through loans can ease the burden on a community. No or low interest loans are available to help reduce annual payments and offer a measure of relief to ratepayers. D&B has qualified staff who are aware of the grant and loan programs available, are diligent on maintaining project eligibility and have demonstrated ability to obtain project funding. |
