Solid Waste Management

D&B has successfully developed and provided technical assistance for over ninety (90) solid waste processing facilities in twenty-two (22) states. We have received national recognition for expertise in Waste-To-Energy (“WTE”), recycling, and composting, and have developed innovative facilities design, operations, and privatization strategies for increasing service and reducing operating fees. D&B has also provided pioneering systems for recovery of energy from refuse and combustion emissions control, recovery and marketing of recyclable materials, and control of composting odors. As a leader in recycling, we have successfully planned and created collection programs for refuse, recyclables, and compostable materials.
