Ronald C. Delo, P.E., BCEE

Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers (D&B) is pleased to announce that Ronald C. Delo, P.E., BCEE has joined our firm as Senior Project Director.  Mr. Delo holds a professional engineer’s license in New York and New Jersey, is a Certified 4A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in New York and a Certified Diplomate of Environmental Engineering.  Mr. Delo is a civil engineering graduate of Brown University and also has a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of NY.  Mr .Delo has over 37 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with special expertise in wastewater and solid waste facilities planning, design, construction, operation and management.  His previous experience includes being the Director of the Town of Orangetown Department of Environmental Management and Engineering and the Executive Director of the Rockland County Sewer District and the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority.  Mr. Delo’s responsibilities include servicing D&B clients and managing projects throughout our market area.
