Senior staff has made numerous presentations to professional societies and municipalities at various environmental seminars and conferences, some of which were sponsored by D&B.

As part of its storm water experience, D&B also has direct and extensive experience with various permitting options including: individual, group or general permits. In addition, D&B’s senior staff have been retained by the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the New York State Thruway Authority to provide expert testimony in defense of the State on a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a storm water discharge.

The firm also has decades of experience in the design and construction aspects of storm water and drainage facilities. This has included roadway improvements, stream flow augmentation, storm sewer and catch basin design, construction phase services and facilities operations.
