Field services to support site acquisition include: providing a detailed site survey, establishing coordinates (latitude and longitude), indication of true north, legal description of property, boundaries of site, schematic plans and elevations, indication of source for telephone and electric service, and geotechnical borings and testing.

Site/Architectural plans for zoning approval include all design information necessary to file for zoning in that jurisdiction. Design documents include complete plans and specifications, with all the details necessary to obtain building permits and allow bidding and construction to proceed.

Construction field services include preconstruction site meetings, certification of concrete placements, approval of field changes and periodic quality inspections.

Final inspection, “punch lists” and professional certification are provided if required by that jurisdiction.
